Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent qualifications Required)
- An MBA (Masters in Business Administration) is highly advantageous and will be considered a key asset for the role
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior Financial role, with a proven track record in Financial Management.
- Strong understanding of Financial Regulations, Accounting Standards, and best practices
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior stakeholders
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
