Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting them with customized solutions that meet their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
- Responsible for moving a client through different stages of a sales pipeline (e.g. prospecting, lead generation, proposal, closing)
- Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Communicate and present our outsourcing staffing solutions to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
- Having an existing network is a preference
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the company
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with the different departments to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and results to the management team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
