Industrial Relations Administrator
We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Administrator, to be based at our branch in Gqeberha.
Duties & Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Assisting Consultants:
- Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request (when needed).
- Closing of consultant billings on CMS.
- Draft recommendations for consultants.
- Assistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic IR documents.
- Administration:
- Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS.
- Updating of CMS information (e.g., client information).
- Filing and drawing clients’ files.
- Reports:
- Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external, e.g., reports for national clients).
- Adhoc:
- Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately.
- Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via email.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R12 750 CTC

Desired Experience & Qualification
You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role - Previous experience in the services/legal industry would be advantageous.
