Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

Hosting and welcoming customers.
Order taking and serving.
Administrative tasks such as cash up and stock take.
Logistical tasks: Ensure stock levels are up to date and Operational Equipment is in working order.
Running the restaurant independently with a focus on serving guests.

Requirements:

Friendly and reliable.
Experienced in waitering.
Flexible.
