Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Help define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure that project milestones are achieved on time.
- Task Coordination and Delegation
- Coordinate tasks and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Assist in assigning responsibilities to project team members and subcontractors.
- Track the status of tasks and report on progress.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Support the senior project manager in managing project budgets.
- Monitor the use of resources, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Help track expenses and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Communication and Reporting
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in project meetings and record minutes.
- Risk Management
- Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor potential project risks and report any issues to senior management.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and organized, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and external regulations.
- Quality Control
- Help monitor project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Ensure that completed projects meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
- Issue Resolution
- Assist in addressing and resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
- Work closely with team members to keep the project on track and within scope.

Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- SACPCMP or Candidacy Certificate (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
