Brand Executive Job Description
The Brand Executive develops plans for the brand, customer experience, product offering, and brand loyalty to drive the organization’s brand awareness and achieve sales and profit objectives. He/She champions the brand identity and offering throughout the organization and marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Conduct activities to communicate the business value proposition to the customers.
- Conduct research to identify consumer trends.
- Conduct customer loyalty plans.
- Examine market trends to improve offline marketing activities.
- Execute brand campaigns.
- Generate customer awareness.
- Implement activities to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Implement alternate market research channels.
- Implement innovation offerings to drive higher customer loyalty.
- Implement brand communication plans.
- Implement brand plans.
- Maintain customer retention programmes.
- Manage the effectiveness of branding and customer loyalty programmes.
- Manage product quality, design, and brand alignment.
- Manage input requirements to ensure product delivery.
- Predict emerging market needs.
- Conduct opposition activity surveillance.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Identify new business/sales opportunities.
- Grow current customer sales targets.
- Measure and achieve brand objectives in line with company objectives.
- Develop a brand strategy and roll out to customers.
- Perform within the agreed divisional and brand strategies.
- Grow brand awareness within the industry.
- Increase customer acquisition.
- Ensure positive feelings, experiences, and perceptions customers have about the brand.
- Implement and maintain customer satisfaction score survey.
- Monitor and report on consumer brand consciousness.
- Monitor and report on customer buying behaviour and trends.
- Develop, design, and implement new brand concepts.
- Create new customer relationships and maintain current customer relationships.
