Marketing Specialist & Support Consultant Medical Bureau (Pretoria)
Our client, a busy Medical Bureau (billing) based in Pretoria, is seeking to recruit a medically experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team. This unique position requires someone who has a medical background, together with a knowledge of website design, marketing and financial reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must have a deep understanding of private medical billing industry
- Travel to meet with existing clients
- Explain reporting queries to existing clients
- Report any queries, complaints or unhappiness of clients to the company immediately
- Promote the company and obtain new clients
- Client database management
- Designing and maintaining of website
- Designing of presentations for the company
- Designing company brochures
- Assisting at the office with normal administration duties
- Assist directors with administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric
- Marketing experience / diploma / degree
- Experience or knowledge of medical software (GoodX)
- Computer literate (Coral Draw, PowerPoint & Microsoft Office)
- Experience in a medical environment
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Linguistic and medical term knowledge with accurate grammar skill essential

Hours
- Monday to Friday, 07h00 to 16h00
- Occasional Saturdays if requested by clients
