- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- RE and FAIS credits are mandatory.
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling within the insurance industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
