*Location: Sanctuary Personnel, 15 Friars Street, Ipswich*
*Hours of Work: 9am – 5pm*
We are looking for someone to join our team who has a passion for IT. Your primary duties will be supporting the companies first line technical issues as well as assisting with any new projects the team will be working on.
*Duties and Responsibilities Include*
* General desktop support
* Hardware and Software installation + Upgrades
* Setting up new users and closing down old accounts
* Networking
* Management of Printers
* Backup Recovery
* Understanding of all new software
* Manage Wireless Network
* Dealing with queries through the IT ticket board
* Setting up desks
* Supporting offsite users
* Setting up and managing mobile phones for the company
* IT Asset Management
* Day to day management of Microsoft 365 accounts
* Management of VoIP System
*Essential Criteria*
* Minimum 1 year experience of working in IT
* Understanding of Microsoft 365 services
* Good Team working and communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach
* Reliable and trustworthy
*Beneficial skills*
* Knowledge of Mimecast services
* Knowledge of online form building
* Knowledge of Recruitment CRMs
