Our client, a Farm outside Paarl, is in need a Facilities manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Manage ongoing infrastructure maintenance. Coordinate and supervise external service providers. Oversee budget management for all maintenance activities. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to guarantee effective delivery of maintenance services. Lead, manage, and develop the infrastructure and maintenance team. Desired Experience & Qualification: - A valid drivers licence 5-7 years experience in infrastructure development and maintenance, ideally in an agricultural setting. Project management experience Proven team management experience. Budget management skills. Well organised Excellent planning and coordination skills Strong admin abilities Please note there is no housing available on the Farm for this person, and you will need to reside in Paarl or Wellington.
