The Voice Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice communication systems and technologies within the telecommunications environment. This role ensures optimal performance of voice networks and supports users with their voice-related issues.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or voice technology support.
- Hands-on experience with VoIP, PBX systems, and telephony hardware.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of voice protocols (SIP, H.323) and network fundamentals.
- Proficient in troubleshooting voice quality issues and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and standards.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA Voice, Avaya, CCM or similar) are a plus.
