We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling access of Vendors to the mine premises in terms of deliveries and collections of goods to and from the mine.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating SAP MM/PM and COUPA with relevant delivery note information and processing the relevant transactions.
- Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all goods and materials delivered or collected by Vendors.
- Ensuring that goods and materials conform to the specifications of orders and as possible determine that they are of an acceptable quality.
- Ensuring that goods and materials were offloaded and signed for by the relevant mine representative.
- Ensuring that the correct goods and materials are collected from the mine by Vendors.
- Monitoring and expediting outstanding collections and deliveries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12.
- Certificate in Inventory Management.
- Basic Rigging, Forklift and Overhead Crane license.
- Driver’s license Code EB (08).
Minimum Experience
- Inventory experience will be advantageous.
- MS Office and SAP MM/PM proficiency.
