This organisation prides itself on its culture and unique working environment. The customer service officer vacancy is a crucial role representing the company in a customer-facing capacity.
Your new role
This role will be the face of the precinct and greet customers as soon as they enter. The successful applicant will work closely with the security team to report any suspicious behaviour, reporting all incidents and accidents whilst on shift. Other day-to-day duties will include:
- Traffic management includes monitoring and controlling all ground transportation in the precinct. This includes vehicle presence at kerbside (pickup/drop-off), loading zones, pedestrian access, taxi, bus, VIP movements, and hire car operations.
- Direction of passengers and assistance as required (e.g., assisting visually or mobility impaired persons)
- Reporting of all notable occurrences to management (for example, media presence)
- Operation of all parking control equipment in accordance with training and experience
- Observation of all security recommendations and protocols
- Confirmation of ad-hoc parking requests from tenants
- Incident & WHS Hazard reports
- Data entry as required for weekly/monthly reports.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High delivery of service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational and time management skills
- Previous facilities administration experience is desirable
- Ability to work autonomously
