A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist III – Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through account resolution for clients
Resolve escalated and stalled claims, provide training and support to team members, and ensure claims are submitted accurately
Research, analyze, and correct claim errors, follow up with payers, and participate in daily shift briefings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Cycle Management or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience working with health insurance companies in securing payment for medical claims
Experience with Allscripts, hospital and physician claim follow up, and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes
