VIP Payroll Administrator
Our national client is seeking an experienced VIP Payroll Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team.
Responsibilities
- Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms.
- Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers.
- Submit attendance registers to Financial Manager.
- Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site.
- Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for.
- Prepare performance-based rewards calculations.
- Assist with payroll queries.
- Complete exit documents.
- Review monthly payroll.
Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
- VIP Payroll experience essential.
- Knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road and Freight Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) is preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel experience.
