Production Team Leader
Our client in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the production team
- Responsible for daily reports and taking required action when targets are not met.
- Scrap management and quality supervision.
- Knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations.
- Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in the production process.
- Assist with WIP/Sorts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical Diploma/Qualification
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must be willing to work shifts.
