Well known FMCG manufacturer requires an Administrator for the Centurion Branch. Applicants that apply should live in or around the Centurion area.
Requirements
Matric and a minimum of 5 years administration experience
Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel
Experience with Excel V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs is essential
Experience on an Accounting package (SAGE would be advantageous)
Strong communication and administration skills is essential
Previous workshop or warehouse experience is an advantage
Own transport will secure
Duties
General administrative work
Must be able to create invoices on Sage
Contact clients for orders
Capture creditors invoices on Sage
Communicate with Clients and internal staff
Answering queries and resolving issues for customers and clients
Liaise with the warehouse with regards to orders and stock availability
