We are looking for positive, energetic, organised, compassionate and proactive individual to join our team as Senior Support Worker. Covering our Millburn service the ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of leading the House team on the day. We need someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload with the skill and ability to produce rotas, supervise support staff on the floor and update care plans, complete good quality daily records and complete all other required forms and records. We need someone who puts our residents needs and wellbeing at the core of what they do who is willing to go the extra mile for them. If this is you then we would be delighted to hear from you. Our home offers residential support for 20 people with a variety of needs, including autistic adults and people with a learning disability. We can also support individuals with mental health and physical health needs.
