Multiskilled Operative job - Damp and Mould, Mansfield, Social Housing, ASAP start, up to £23 per hour (Umb)

A well established maintenance firm who manage social housing projects based in the East Midlands.
Your new role
As a Multiskilled Operative, you will be entering void properties to carry out essential mould and damp work including:
- Skimming
- Mould Wash
- Remove/rehanging doors
- Plumbing
- Joinery
- Plastering - some patch plastering, occasionally the whole room
- Other related activities where required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working as a multi-trade operative, ideally for a council or social housing provider.
You will have experience of the removal of Mould and Damp including identifying, following removal procedures and restoring the properties ready for new residents.
You will have a level 2 or equivalent in one trade (preferably plastering) and enjoy working on whole projects across a range of trades.
You will have your own van and tools.
What you'll get in return
You will get up to £23 per hour (Umbrella) DOE.
You will have the chance to develop within the team and extend the contract past the 3-month period.
You will get regular work with a busy and friendly maintenance team.
