We are working in collaboration with a growing business in the Flintshire area who are expanding there finance function. You will be part of a growing team from the beginning and they are eager to bring the right people in the business to help with their growth, policies and processes.
They currently have 3 roles – Treasury Assistant/lead, Sales Ledger clerk and Accounts payable.

*Treasury Assistant/Lead*
*Up to 40k *
*Will implement and look after all the functions including: *
· Invoice functions using SAP
· Cash Management
· Treasury operations
· Payables
· Receivables
*Sales Ledger Clerk*
*Circa 27k (DOE)*
· Production of the customer invoices in SAP working with the sales departments.
· Production of the customer credit notes in SAP.
· Assist the treasury department with credit controlling tasks.
· Assist the treasury department with daily cash transactions in SAP.
*Accounts Payable Clerk *
*26k plus (DOE)*
· Matching supplier invoices to Purchase orders and delivery notes
· Inputting and verifying supplier invoices onto SAP
· Handling invoice queries from suppliers via telephone and email
· Requesting credits when needed
· Reconciling supplier statements

· Office Based
· 26 days plus Bank holidays
