The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of stock within the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy in stock reconciliations, and compliance with quality standards.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with 3PL providers to streamline logistics and distribution operations.
- Manage and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Regular audits and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized, functional, and clean warehouse environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into stock performance, trends, and forecasting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all stock management systems.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align stock management with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the stock management team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
What Do You Need?: - Diploma/Degree in warehouse management or logistics.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Very experienced with dispatching and stock management.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and coordinating logistics operations.
- Proven managerial and problem-solving skills.
- Seasoned in ERP systems with a proven ability to manage inventory and reporting functions.
