Requirements

Relevant Finance Qualification
5 to 8 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or Bookkeeper with a solid track record
Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL
Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL
Valid driver’s licence and own transport advised
Willingness to travel if required by the company
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, and Passionate
Valid RSA ID

Duties / Responsibilities

Management of accounts
Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations, and Cash Management
Implementing Financial Policies, procedures, and internal controls
Cash Flow forecasting
Payroll for total staff complement when necessary
Statutory submissions
Year End Audits
Annual Budgets
Leading finance operations as a self-driven individual with minimal supervision
