EBZA Branch Administrator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Liaising with Customers
Responsible for the Sales Orders, Sales Quotations, and Customer Service
Capturing of Orders on Navision
Responsible for Internal Order expediting & Managing of Back Order report
Responsible for Invoicing of Orders and Dispatch/Collection of Orders
Assist with Branch Debtors

Qualifications

Grade 12 with Maths
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
ERP Experience
At least 2 years’ Admin Experience
Good communication skills
Time Management Skills
Multi-tasking Skills
Customer Orientated
Analytical
