Role: Senior Credit Controller
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full time - 40hrs per week
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Credit Controller to join our clients successful team.
Duties of a Senior Credit Controller:
- Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email.
- Management of cash allocation.
- Raising credit notes
- Resolving and monitoring any queries raised.
- Email communication and face to face meetings with partners and associates regarding all debts.
- Analysing, monitoring and reducing debts.
- Reporting KPI s and forecasting.
- Opening new accounts and processing customer credit checks.
- Checking incoming funds.
- Electronic filing.
What we would like from you:
- Have at least 3 years credit control experience.
- Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience of account reconciliation.
- Competent in the use of MS Office
- Experience of using SAP Business ONE is desirable.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proactive approach to debt collection and follows processes.
- To be driven and motivated
