The position involves development, implementation and monitoring of compliance frameworks. You will be at the forefront of evolving regulatory landscapes, advising on risk management strategies and ensuring that business activities are ethical and compliant.
Duties Include: - Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies
- Maintain ISO Standards and accreditations
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies
- Management and testing of Business Continuity Plans
- Evaluate efficiency of controls and improve through thorough audits
- Revise procedures and reports to identify risks or non-conformity issues
- FCA Compliance
- Ensure that business is aware of key risks, and action plans for mitigating risks
- Lead development of quality improvement and performance strategies
- Identify opportunities for strategic improvement
- Develop continuous improvement plans and present cost-effective recommendations to improve operational delivery
Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Risk and Compliance
Job Experience & Skills Required: - 4 to 5 years experience in a compliance or risk management role essential
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO Standards and audit procedures
- BPO or Consulting industry experience essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Commercially focused
- Excellent working knowledge of data protection legislation
