Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the 24/7 Response Centre to ensure seamless support for app users.
- Provide prompt technical assistance during 8-hour shifts.
- Take initiative to improve app functionality and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of proven development experience.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or certifications, ideally in Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies and Business Intelligence.
- Solid understanding of multi-tier software and database design.
- Experience with Agile software development, particularly in call centres and logistics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Test Libraries.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Bonus: Experience with Azure, Docker Containers, and Kubernetes.
