Candidate Requirements:

At least 3 years previous F&B management experience at a 4 or 5 * property
Clear communication skills written and verbal
Strategic and creative restaurant operation skills
Excellent attention to detail, able to use initiative and interpersonal skills
Highly responsible, reliable, proactive and trustworthy
Presentable, well-spoken and professional individual
Act in good faith & in the best interest of the Company at all times
High guest centric approach to ensure overall customer service
Positive attitude, Team player, Leader
Must be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays

Duties:

Follow company policies and SOPs
Attend necessary meetings and communicate updates
Conduct performance reviews and manage budgets
Plan and oversee department operations and staff
Supervise, train, and motivate staff
Manage sales, stock, and maintain hygiene standards
Coordinate with the kitchen and ensure uniform standards
Handle guest relations and complaints
Verify bills and report maintenance issues
Implement restaurant concept and design events
Ensure effective team communication and grooming
Complete reports and other assigned tasks

This is a live-in position.
