Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition agent to join our team at Vodacom. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and promote Vodacom's products and services
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to customers
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
