Minimum Requirements: - BCom/Diploma in Transportation/ Logistics
- +8 years experience in transportation
- Knowledge of NBCRFLI and BCE
Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term transportation strategies aligned with business goals.
Fleet Optimization: Optimize fleet size and composition to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatch.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, implement safety protocols, and manage driver performance.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the transportation budget, negotiate contracts, and analyze financial data.
Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant transportation regulations.
