My client is an international leader in their field. They have multiple plants in South Africa and are needing a Senior HR person to head up their HR in South Africa. The requirements are:
Must have 10yrs exp in HR Management.
Must take control of all aspects of this group's HR activities.
Must have sustantial HR experience within the automotive industry.
Must have above average IR skills and experience.
Must be driven and highly motivated.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have above average business accumen.
Tertiary qualification essential (BCom or higher).
Legal Degree will be an advantage.
Must be a strong individual and be able to stand ground on issues.
Understanding of EU and USA culture and business will be an advantage.
