- Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI's are exceeded.
- Comply with specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards.
- Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP's.
- Ensure duties are carried out to achieve warehouse performance standards, i.e., maintain parts stock, reduce stock losses/damages, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning, etc.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Assist with warehouse-related duties in the Bloemfontein Parts department.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Customer service orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Process compliance orientation.
- Ability to follow instructions 100%.
- Teamwork; literate.
- Attention to detail; numeric accuracy.
- Computer literacy.
- Relevant troubleshooting capability; basic knowledge of parts.
