Job Opportunity: Qualified Diesel Mechanic
A company that provides services to factories and mines requires a Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Section 26D (4) Trade Certified) to service and maintain their fleet of sweepers, tractors, plant equipment, and vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all preventative maintenance checks as per fixed schedule and on routine.
- Maintain the entire fleet of:
- Tennant Model 800
- S20
- 6600 & S10 Sweepers
- New Holland Tractor
- Bobcat Model S130 & S175
- Entire fleet of Toyota Hilux company vehicles
- Perform maintenance at different sites where equipment is being supplied.
- Complete maintenance reports, job cards, and manage parts/stock orders.
- Adhere to quality, health, and safety standards.
Additional Information:
- Approximate travel per month: 7000km
- Company vehicle, cell phone, and full toolbox provided.
