About the Role
This position balances the daily running of business, driving continuous improvements & support of internal & external team members. In addition, this position is responsible for continuously improving the processes, systems and tools across the organization to maximize revenue potential and deliver a differentiated internal and external customer experience. This role will primarily provide focused support of the LexisNexis Canada business unit which requires working with all levels of the organization.
The Customer Fulfillment department supports business units around the globe; career progression includes support of other regions beyond Canada.
Responsibilities:
- High level of knowledge and skills in the processing of orders
- Ability to research and resolve concerns raised by customers or stakeholders
- Lead the process integrations & provide change management guidance to execute the deliverables throughout the organization
- Represent department in cross-functional meetings; provides updates to department leadership & team members
- Lead billing operations by educating internal & external customers and partnering with others to drive improvements in the billing/invoicing experience
- Partner with global organization to ensure optimal utilization of team members to support strategic initiatives
- Provide ongoing project status updates including documenting key milestones, accomplishments and raising issues to Senior Leadership
- Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership, team members, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Partner closely with the automation team & lead projects as needed through the organization including project ideation, testing, training & change management
Requirements:
- Have a completed qualification in supply chain/warehousing/retail
- Experience on a CRM system
- 5 years + experience in the processing of orders
- Must have worked with physical/tangible products
- Demonstrate an eye for detail and a quality-oriented focus
- Be able to communicate influentially and effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Be a natural, innovative problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues
- Must be prepared to work in a hybrid work environment and in accordance with UK working hours
