Nurse Clinical Specialist – Men’s Health
Nurse Level 4 — Remuneration Package: $140,738 — $151,076 (including salary $120,114 — $130,347, superannuation, leave loading, and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave)
Location: Alice Springs

The role involves providing clinical outreach care and education to remote Aboriginal male clients, focusing on culturally sensitive engagement and promoting wellness through preventative health checks. The ideal candidate should have experience in using health promotion and community development principles to plan, implement, and evaluate primary healthcare programs. They should also be comfortable driving a manual vehicle and willing to travel to remote communities.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful applicant will have:
- Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same
- Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to specialty area
- Experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT Driver's Licence
- Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis and stay for up to a week as required
