As an Aesthetic Therapist you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, assess their needs, and recommend suitable treatments.
Aesthetic Treatments: Perform a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to laser skin rejuvenation and microneedling, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Treatment Plans: Develop personalised treatment plans for clients, ensuring that their individual goals and expectations are met.
Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest industry techniques, products, and technology to deliver the most effective and safe treatments.
Client Education: Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected results.
Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their journey.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details, progress, and client information.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including other therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
Certification or Diploma in Aesthetics or a related field
Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments.
Strong knowledge of aesthetics, skin care, and related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service and empathy.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and hygiene.
