Our client within the temporary employment services sector, seeks to employ an experienced candidate for the role of Operations Supervisor – to be based in Pretoria
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Completed Matric Certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in HR/ IR at supervisory level – a requisite
- Certificate in IR/ HR would be highly advantageous
- Ability to converse in; English, Xhosa and Afrikaans
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to engage with both clients and staff
- Knowlege of the wage payroll process
- Must be prepared to work afterhours, as and when required
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
- Liaise with clients in regards to staffing requirements
- Engage with clients and staff on site; following up with the client in regards to staff conduct
- Receiving of timesheets and ensuring accuracy of information received and sign off by all relevant persons
- Responsible for resolving any issues relating to pay disputes, etc.
- Ensuring that the database is up to date at all times; maintaining accurate records for access by all internal staff
- Screening of applications for suitability against client requirements
- Preparation of candidate applications and typing of CV’s for submission to clients
- Coordinating any interviews and assessments between stakeholders
