- Image Editing : Edit and manipulate images to improve their quality and relevance to the project. An ability to illustrate is a bonus, but not a necessity.
- Deadline Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Adaptability : Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the agency's work remains fresh and competitive.
- Client Presentations : Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- File Management : Organise and maintain digital files and assets, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.
Qualifications
- Graphic Design Skills : Proficiency in graphic design software and a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Creativity : A keen eye for detail, colour, layout, and typography, coupled with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Time Management : Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Client-Centric Approach : The ability to understand and interpret client needs and preferences, along with strong client-facing skills.
- Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and take on new challenges.
