Education Requirements
Relevant qualification from a tertiary education institution.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities
- Team Coordination & Support: Ensure the team is operating efficiently, tracking key activities, deadlines, and priorities. Act as a key point of contact between team members and leadership.
- Sales & Commercial Focus: Assist in identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales KPIs and recruitment targets, helping the team stay focused and achieve their goals. Report on performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Client & Candidate Liaison: Maintain high-level communication with clients and candidates, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the recruitment process.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines. Help develop strategies for team growth and expansion in the renewable energy market.
- Team Administration: Provide administrative support to Recruitment Consultants by scheduling interviews, handling candidate communication, and transcribing reference checks.
- Advertisement: Assist in crafting high-quality job advertisements to attract top talent in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors.
Skills
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite: Will be an Excel test after interview.
- Analytical and eager to learn.
- Experience within recruitment or the renewable energy sector would be an advantage.
- Thick-skin, as this industry moves fast!
- Sales-oriented and commercially astute.
