We are currently seeking a Study Start-Up CRA to join our diverse and dynamic team. This role focuses primarily on site start up activities until activation of clinical trials. As an SSU CRA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate the seamless launch of clinical trial sites, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about advancing clinical research while fostering partnerships with investigators and research sites.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
- Ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
- Collaborating with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
- Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
- Contributing to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
Your Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 2 years of experience with Study Start Up activities in clinical research, clinical operations, or site management at a CRO or Pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on timelines and deliverables is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, investigators, and external stakeholders.
- Central or in-house monitoring or field monitoring experience is an added advantage. Strong site management capabilities with demonstrated negotiating and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
- Responsible for meeting start-up timelines and achieving patient enrollment goals.
- Site monitoring will be an added advantage.
