Location:
King George, VA
Responsibilities:
- Reviews/administers contract documentation (teaming/subcontract agreements)
- Process invoices for corporate contracts
- Creates pricing/hours projections for customers
- Manages contract modifications
- Monitors funding/hours and requests funding for contracts
- Manages Certifications/Representations for contracts
- Ensures contract compliance with FAR/DFARS
- Maintains accounts in customers online portals for invoicing
- Manages monthly reporting
Skills/Competencies:
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
- Exhibits sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers
- Utilizes computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents in Microsoft Office
- Makes decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Develops/demonstrates research and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Detail oriented
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Financial field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of DoD contracting
- Experience with FAR/DFARS
