Scope and General Purpose of Job:
Perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry. Perform in a safe and professional manner to clients. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a qualified beauty Therapist and or Massage Therapist, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
- Recognized certification or diploma in beauty Therapy and or Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Proficient knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aroma therapy, etc.
- Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate skincare product recommendation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatments and provide advise clearly and professionally.
- Strong sales and upselling abilities to promote additional services and products effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanour, maintaining a high level of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of healthy and safety standards and the ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when dealing with clients and their information.
