As the business continues to grow, its e-commerce channel is pivotal to its success, and this person will be tasked with taking the channel to the next level.
Your Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to maximise online sales and profitability.
– Manage and optimise presence on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and direct-to-consumer websites (via Shopify).
– Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Analyse customer data and e-commerce KPIs to drive performance improvements and enhance the customer journey.
– Collaborate with the supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure stock availability and compelling online merchandising.
– Identify and act on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in e-commerce management within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-paced industry.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Google Analytics).
– Demonstrated success in managing and growing third-party marketplaces.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
