Our client based in Maitland requires the skills of a Client Orders Liaison who will have a hands-on approach when it comes to working with the production team and meeting client expectations. This role will be involved with sales orders, procurement, logistics, and client management.

- Matric
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fast and Accurate data capturing skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Good computer literacy
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
DUTIES - Coordinate project tasks related to orders
- Answer incoming enquiries from clients
- Manage email orders, updates and changes
- Coordinate between Production Manager, the Director, and administration staff
- Ensure a seamless flow of information from the start of production to finished products
- Organize and prioritize tasks, multi-tasking in all areas of administration duties
- Supplier Invoices
- Setting up payments for the Director
- Gather feedback to ensure timely completion of projects
- Update priorities throughout the day to address enquiries or emerging priorities
- General office management
