Mechanical Engineer Position
Position held in a Private SA Firm for a minimum of 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial and Industrial use greenfield, refurbishment & construction project HVAC.
- Professional Mechanical Engineer for new small to medium multi-disciplinary projects, proactive in-house for a large property portfolio.
- All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a PR Eng from inception to completion & handover.
- Multi-discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager.
- Planning and management of in-house contract documentation.
- HVAC system rational, design, coordination & certification.
