A reputable construction company that is based in Cape Town is currently in search of a Building Estimator to join their team.
Requirements:
- BSc/ BTech: Quantity Surveying
- 7-10 years’ experience as an Estimator for building projects
- Contractual knowledge and negotiation skills
- Able to deliver quality, profitability and productivity
- Experienced in risk mitigation and resource management
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS, BuildSmart
