Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures.
- Perform fault analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues, including DC, AC, single-phase, and three-phase systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Work with processes such as injection moulding, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain technical and electrical equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Log maintenance activities, liaise with suppliers, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Contribute to health, safety, and food safety standards, ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, read machine manuals, and engage in continuous self-development.
- Work collaboratively within a team and take on additional tasks as required, including overtime and call-outs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education : Grade 12 with N2 in electrical trade theory and a recognized electrical trade test certification.
- Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Knowledge :
- Proficiency in fault finding, system diagnostics, and electrical equipment installation.
- Experience with VFD programming, safety systems, and electrical principles.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and equipment used in manufacturing processes.
- Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
