Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive or project engineering advantageous. Engineering based qualification required (NDip or higher). Experience in project costing advantageous. High degree in computer literacy in MS Office. Very good analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Understanding technical requirements of clients in the automotive industry.
- Creating concept solutions required for potential projects.
- Checking concept solution feasibility.
- Performing engineering calculations to determine required equipment and material specifications.
- Costing hardware and labour required for potential projects.
- Preparing and formatting offer documentation.
- Preparing and formatting sales concept presentations.
- Completing project offers according to customer-driven timing.
- Developing tools to improve the efficiency of project costing and offer creation.
- Working with engineers and project teams to identify areas of improvement for future project offers.
