Assess lead quality and coordinate distribution for our Sales team. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by ensuring leads are distributed fairly and efficiently. - Quality assess leads quickly and distribute throughout the Sales Team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Meet own targets by qualifying all leads received within a reasonable time-frame.
- Accelerate sales efficiency through data-driven decision making from a leads perspective.
- Ensure sales strategy is met by efficiently distributing leads.
- Report to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads.
- Develop new and innovative ways for lead generation.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in client services in a corporate environment.
- 2+ years in sales experience.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Team player with assertiveness skills.
