Arrange and coordinate all meetings.
Preparation of presentations.
Managing Executive's calendar.
Arranging events or conferences, including venue, travel, accommodation, and transportation.
Directing preparation of records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Own transport.
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in administration/secretarial or related fields.
- At least 3 - 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Customer service oriented.
- Previous experience in the long-term insurance sector will be advantageous.
- Ability to function in a highly pressurised and fast-paced environment.
