Are you someone who can:
Apply appropriate sales processes within the area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher.
- Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

- Assisting with retaining or signing unbanked customer base to improve profitability.
- Maximizing sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
- Maintaining specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products.
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities.
- Driving adoption of digital and other self-service options across client base.
- Contributing to teamwork and inclusivity within the team.
- Contributing to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
- Achieving expected financial targets and upholding associated service levels.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Delivering customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
Additional Requirements:
